Very nice, but I think you should change 2 things:

1. The borders of Bavaria are not correct in the north.

2. You canīt make "Luzica"/ Lausitz indipendant, because only 20% of the people there are not Germans, you cannot give a minority that feels German anyway, that region completely this would not work.

The rest is rather good!

yes thank you, you are right about Bavaria, coz I worked in Paint with freehand :)))
about Luzica, it is similar like Vojvodina, there are over 75% of Serbs there, and they dont want to be independent, but I just want to make a map with many possible autonomous or independent problems in Europe

Sorry for my english, but if I understand you, you asked me how did I make them? I combined many other maps with administrative borders inside the countries. :) and thanks for "epic" ;)
